With nearly two decades of experience across business and property, Emma founded WISE Buyers Agency after repeatedly hearing the same question from successful clients:

“What do I do with the money now?”

She built her first business at a young age and went on to grow multiple ventures across service, retail, eCommerce and consulting. Within a few short years of launching her consulting firm, she had built a multi-million-dollar advisory business, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs increase profit, strengthen teams, and create more freedom.

But a strong income without strategy doesn’t create wealth.

While advising business owners, Emma was building her own portfolio – investing across both residential and commercial property. She’s had wins. She’s had losses. And she’s learned that smart investing isn’t about trends, hype, or blind optimism.

It’s about structure.
It’s about cash flow.
It’s about managing risk and making disciplined decisions.

Commercial property became her focus because the numbers make sense. The fundamentals are clearer. The income is stronger. And when you buy well, the results compound.

Tamara brings more than three decades of hands-on property experience and nearly two decades as a full-time investor, developer, and mentor, to her role as Partner at WISE Buyers Agency.

A third-generation property investor, Tamara began investing in her early twenties and has since purchased and developed more than 72 properties across residential and commercial markets throughout Australia.

Her expertise spans:

Commercial and residential acquisition strategy
Development and multi-unit projects
Subdivision and strata titling
Construction and renovation
Advanced cash-flow strategies
Joint ventures and private capital structuring
SMSF investing

Originally trained as an Environmental Scientist, Tamara holds a Ph.D and spent years working in the mining and resources sector. Her scientific and analytical foundation underpins her highly structured, risk-aware approach to property.

She is known for her ability to assess complex opportunities, identify risks others miss, and translate feasibility into clear, commercially sound decisions.

Tamara also co-created and served as National Coach for Australia’s largest property coaching program, Platinum Accelerator through I Love Real Estate, supporting more than 3,000 clients over 11 years and personally mentoring over 700 investors one-on-one across Australia and internationally.

Her expertise spans development, subdivision, strata titling, construction, renovation, commercial, joint ventures, private capital structuring, SMSF investing, and advanced cash-flow strategies gives WISE a rare combination of strategic insight and real-world execution.

As Partner, Tamara works closely with clients to source, assess, and secure commercial property opportunities aligned with disciplined risk management and long-term value creation.
